When you lease equipment from Viaduct you deal directly with Viaduct, not a third party finance company. That means you have one number to call for all your needs, whether that be a consumables order, help from the award winning 24/7 contact centre, or a question about your account.
We guarantee that when you lease a piece of equipment from us, the price of that equipment will not change for the length of the agreement, and our leasing terms and conditions reflect this guarantee. However we understand business does change and so may your needs, so if you require a different piece of equipment then give us a call and we will do our best to provide this for you.

- Upgrade ability: you agree to be a Viaduct client for the length of the agreement and we can therefore be flexible with the equipment you have leased. For example, if you decide to integrate your eftpos terminal with your computer system, we can arrange this.
- Social Responsibility: currently up to 1% of our leasing revenue goes to an employee-nominated non-profit organisation. We either do this in free eftpos or donations please contact our office to discuss should you wish to participate.
